investment dashboard
The JP Morgan Chase investment dashboard need to be overhauled with users who have not yet opened an account or started investing in mind. The ask was to make it friendly, simple, and informative.
By consulting with product owners and researchers we prototyped a holistic dashboard experience that encouraged new and non-investors to explore JPMC’s investment tools. New features we designed and built UX content to include: news, watchlists, top movers, sign-up CTAs, and more.
Key to my writing was to use simple UX copy by combining my industry knowledge and research findings.

In the race to build the world’s first large, error-corrected quantum computer, Google’s Quantum AI team is at the forefront. They needed help reimagining their brand in a way that chronicles their history, inspires their audience, and showcases the magnitude of their.
I wrote concise copy for 10 re-designed web pages that could speak to the quantum community, KOFs, press, and tech enthusiasts — all with differing understanding of the subject matter.

The “Hope Matters” Community Newsletter is a direct marketing resource for the human services nonprofit, Volunteers of America Massachusetts.
As editor of the newsletter, I conducted interviews with program staff and the clients they supported to craft stories that showed the depth of services the nonprofit offered.

Microsoft Unlocked
How Microsoft’s Reading Coach is helping to improve literacy around the world. (13+ million views)
Unlocked is Microsoft’s digital magazine aimed at sharing stories of people using technology to change the world using long-form articles coupled with interactive design and video elements. Topics ranged from cybersecurity in rural hospitals to schools using Minecraft to teach digital safety.
I helped craft creative concepts, develop video storyboards, write the subsequent long-form editorial articles, and create GTM assets including social posts and video cutdowns.
